RADIUS GUTTERING
Not All Curve Gutters Are Created Equal
Not all curved gutters are created equal
Our curved guttering systems are manufactured to suit both true radius and irregular curved architectural designs, providing a bespoke solution for complex rooflines and distinctive building features. Available in copper, stainless steel and zinc, each system is precision produced using segmented construction methods to achieve accurate curves and reliable long term performance.
For true radius guttering, curves are developed directly from project drawings using computer generated calculations to determine the correct mitre cut segments required to form the radius accurately. The individual sections are then manufactured and assembled into practical installation lengths, typically around 2.4 metres.
For irregular curves or non uniform shapes, templates can be provided allowing each segment to be individually hand cut and formed to follow the required profile precisely. Copper sections are welded into lengths, while stainless steel and zinc systems are carefully soldered to create durable and visually consistent joints.
Suitable for heritage restorations, contemporary architecture and bespoke construction projects, our curved guttering combines technical precision with traditional craftsmanship to deliver high quality architectural rainwater solutions.

Drawing or Template
We can produce gutters from 'as built' drawings or using a template of your fascia
* Templates may incur additional charges if not a true radius

Mitre Cut & Joined
Profiles are mitre cut in to circa 250mm sections and then either TIG welded or soldered in to lengths around 2400mm long

Easy to install
Easy to install with overlap joints on our Half round and butt joints on our Box and Ogee profiles

Intersections
Sections running in to different radius sections of a different dimension, a straight or a corner

Irregular Curves
Not all curves follow a true radius, so using a template of your building we can produce irregular curved sections
* Irregular curves will incur an additional charge
Out, In, Up or Down
Most buildings curve outward (convex) however if yours curves inward (concave), upwards ( camber ) or maybe both, we can still help
True Radius
Smooth, Repeatable, Efficient
-
Consistent curve throughout
-
Made from short sections, mitre cut and welded or soldered into lengths approximately 2.4m long
-
Quicker to produce, uniform result

Irregular Curves and Cambers
Bespoke, Skilled, Time-Intensive
-
Curve changes along the length
-
Curve goes downwards or upwards
-
Each section individually cut, adjusted, and welded or soldered
-
More time, skill, and input needed, higher cost
