Placing an Order or Requesting Assistance

If you would like to order copper, stainless steel or zinc guttering, request product samples, or require further information or technical guidance, please complete our enquiry form. If you have used one of our ordering spreadsheets, please attach the completed file to your enquiry.

 

Once your order has been received and checked, payment can be made by debit or credit card over the phone. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer once you receive your sales order confirmation, which will include our bank details.

 

Estimating from Drawings

 

Please note that we do not measure from drawings or prepare bills of materials on behalf of customers. You will need to calculate the quantities and standard components required for your project.

 

Where drawings are supplied, our team will be pleased to offer practical product advice and answer specific questions. We can also provide Excel and PDF copies of our price lists, which are designed to make measuring and costing a project as straightforward as possible.

 

Bespoke components can be priced from suitable drawings and specifications. Depending on the item, quotations will be provided as a unit price, a price per linear metre, or a price per specified length.
