How do you redeem your gift voucher?

This gift voucher is issued by Good Directions Ltd and is valid for use against a single order placed directly with the company.
The voucher may only be redeemed when the order value is £1,000 or more (excluding VAT, delivery charges, and installation if applicable).
Only one voucher may be used per order. Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
The voucher has no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
The voucher must be redeemed before the 23rd December 2025. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Voucher expiry extension requests must be received before 23rd December 2025.
Good Directions Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
