WHAT ANGLE?

Using a spirit level, hold it against your roof tiles and level it to ensure your dimensions are taken at 90° to each other

Measure a set distance 'the run', from where the spirit level touches the tiles
( could be the end of the level ) -
From the end of 'the run' measurement position, measure straight down to the roof tile, this is 'the rise'​
